The U.S. got second in the medal count with 28, 9 gold, 7 silver, and 12 bronze. Canada and Netherlands followed with 25 and 24 and Germany got 19. For the full medal count click here.

Olympics: I-Pod wins men's Halfpipe
In this years Olympics, a snowboarder from Russia snowboarding for Sweden (I don't get it either) whose name is too hard to spell (nickname: I-Pod) took home the gold medal with the "yolo flip" that he invented himself and not even two-time defending champion Shaun White could do.
White, the most popular winter olympian in America, and the favorite to win after landing gold in 2006, and 2010, finished 4th.
Fellow U.S. snowboarder Danny Davis, expected to get silver, finished outside of the top 5.
Japan got silver and bronze.
