Andrew Luck is the best second-year QB out there. He throws a perfect spiral time and time again and can beat you with his legs too. He has the potential to be better than his predecessor, Peyton Manning. So why is he so low on my list? One word: Experience. Luck is in just his second year in the NFL. Despite that, he's still the No.6 QB in the NFL.
