NFL Midseason Report: AFC WEST

THE OFFICIAL SPORT'S KID'S NFL MIDSEASON REPORT
PART 1

Denver Broncos: 7-1
Peyton Manning and the Broncos are putting their name's in for early Super Bowl favorites. With a 6-1 record they're the number 2 team in the AFC. With running back Knowshon Moreno having the best year of his career, and newly added receiver Wes Welker playing better than I've ever seen him play, expect the Broncs to keep on winning.
Fanatsy: Expect  Knowshon Moreno's fantasy numbers to decrease slightly but Julius Thomas and Wes Welker should just keep on producing on a regular-basis. Eric Decker and Demaryius Thomas are both starters with an occasional bad week.

San Diego Chargers: 4-4
The Chargers are a middling team with a middling QB a middling RB a middling wide receiver core a middling Defense and a good TE. The Chargers should beat the Raiders for third in the division but to make the playoffs they will need to step up their game.
Fanatsy: While Ryan Matthews continues to have minimum fantasy impact Philip Rivers is a solid QB2. Michael Floyd is nothing more than a WR5 and Antonio Gates is a decent TE1.

Oakland Raiders: 3-4
Oakland is an awful football team that has been surprisingly not awful largely in part to QB Terrelle Pryor. If running back Darren McFadden can get back to 100% then the Raiders can get 7 wins.
Fantasy: Terrelle Pryor is a risky QB 2, and Darren McFadden, if healthy, is a RB 2. Denarius Moore is a WR4 and Heath Miller is a mediocre TE2.

Kansas City Chiefs: 8-0
The Chiefs are the only remaining unbeaten team in the NFL. QB Alex Smith is showing his true potiental and running back JaMal Charles is playing better than any other back in the NFL. Dwayne Bowe could be better, but Kansas City's Defense is top-notch. Expect them to roll into the playoffs, but they'll need something from Bowe if they want to win come January.
Fantasy: Alex Smith is nothing more than a mediocre QB2, meanwhile, Dwayne Bowe is a WR3 and JaMal Charles is a weekly RB1.
